inch square structural steel column welded to a 12" x 12"
x
3/4" steel footplate. Column is predrilled to allow multi
directional guard rail assembly. Floor anchors are included,
the short post system can be used with the tall post system
allowing you to design the system that best suits your needs.
Welded smooth post top cap is unremovable.

12 1/4" high W-shape hi-way type guard rail. Steel and
plates allow for simple bolt thru installation. Guard rail peak
is flush with the face of the post to eliminate snag points.
Rounded contour simplifies housekeeping, reduces dust

5/8" diameter bolts provided for assembly. 5/8"
x 4 1/2" concrete floor anchors provided with each post.

Construction
Guard Rail System
is to be completely prefabricated for
bolt together assembly. No field fabrication is required.
Posts and rails are universal to allow changes in direction
and length of runs without changing existing components.
All assembly hardware is included. Tall and short rail
systems shall be interchangeable.
Posts
5"
x 5" x 3/16" structural steel tubing meeting requirements
of ASTM A500 grad B, FY46KSI, pre-drilled for bolted
assembly to rail sections. Post cap is welded and ground
smooth 1/8" steel plate.

ASTM A36, pre-punched to accept floor anchors.
