A
heavy-duty gravity-actuated mechanical drum grip,
Auto-Grip™ actually works faster than hydraulic
models if all drums to be moved are the same size.
However, the spring-and-cam actuated rubber-lined
jaws can be adjusted to fit 30, 55 or 85-gallon over-
pack drums, or any cylindrical object between 18"
and 28" in diameter.

• Safety chain secures grip to mast
• Spring-and-cam actuated jaws grip automatically as
pressure against the drum forces them down.
The
weight of the drum maintains a constant grip

This
mechanical drum grip specially designed for use
with 55-gallon plastic drums. The 3"-wide jaws are
gravity-actuated and fit snugly under the top rim of
full or empty plastic drums to easily pickup, transport
and unload. Just like our original Auto-Grip™ for steel
drums, the jaws on this plastic drum handler are spring-
and-cam actuated to grip as pressure against the drum
forces them down.
