Use
the Pail Handler to lift, tilt, and position your 5-gallon pail
weighing up to
150 Lb. (68 kg). Dispense up to 5 feet (152 cm) high. The model
83 should
be used for ergonomic advantage to reduce risks due to repetitive
motion or
heavy lifting of 5-gallon pails. Specific applications include
food, pharma-
ceutical, paint and coating, and processing industries.
Secure
your pail in the holder with minimal effort using a clamp-screw
mec-
hanism. Turn the handle approximately 40 times to elevate your
pail to 5 feet
from the floor. Easily maneuver through tight spaces and standard
doorways
on the compact base with casters and wheels. The pail is automatically
locked
in pouring position by the MORStop Tilt-Brake. Prevent the Pail
Handler from
rolling while you pour with the adjustable floor lock.
Typical of our products designed for performance with robust
construction,
the Pail Handler is lightweight and extremely manageable. The
safety-oriented
design encloses moving parts to avoid pinch points.

MORStop™
TiltBrake is standard
on model 83 pail handler. It is factory
installed between the hand wheel
and tilt gearing. Pail automatically
remains where you stop turning hand
wheel, until you turn it again.
Without
the MORStop™ Tilt-Brake, an unbalanced pail could turn
out of control, especially when pail contents shift as you turn
it.
