Box
Dumpers are the perfect solution to effortlessly dump material
with improved efficiency while reducing
employee fatigue or injury. These premium box dumpers are designed
to be compatible with a variety of gaylords,
crates, tubs, cartons, and other containers to fit your needs.
Chute sizes accommodate
containers up to 51” wide by 48” deep (36”
x 36” or 51” x 48” sized chutes). A spring-
loaded hold down bar is included to help keep containers secure,
ranging from 30” to 56” in height (adjustable on
2” increments). Dump heights are available in 36”,
48”, 60”, or 72”, each with the following capacity
options:
2,000/4,000/6,000 lbs.
Units are available
with a 3 phase/60 Hz/460V or 230V, 2HP motor.

• Operate using convenient handheld pendant with
magnetic back, controlling the 3 phase 60 hertz,
460 volt motor.
• 60 second powered dump cycle, with gravity return.
• Heavy duty 7 gauge steel construction, with structural
steel frame. |

Unit bolts directly to the floor to ensure safety
and stability throughout operation.
• Simply load containers by hand or using standard
pallet jack (Models with 72”H at 4K &
6K lb.
capacities have a 12” raised chute that requires
forklift loading).
• Smooth operation utilizing dual flow hydraulic
control valve system.
