situation. Super low height (the lowest in the industry) toe

relocating shipyard equipment, or during bridge and plant construction.
Range in capacity. Used these toe jacks
with the "industrial strength" speed roller for moving
heavy, oversized equipment and cargo safely. All-steel rollers
securely support and transport extra heavy loads in a safe,
worker-wise manner. They come in sizes to easily handle

1. 360° turn lever socket for operation at any direction.

2. Low toe height is ideal for use where clearance is tight.
3. Designed for fine adjustments. Ideal for delicate work
such as installation of precision machines.
4. Welded steel construction prevents oil leakage and a
special heat treatment that reduces metal fatigue.
5. Optional coupler connection port available upon
request for 5-15 tons toe jacks, which
make these
toe jacks ready to be used with any
air pump.

Selection of 3 different types of speed rollers.
2. Low-profile type (P series) are lightweight with
a low overall height, assuring user safety while
transferring heavy loads with a low center
of
gravity.
3. Standard type rollers contain single and double
rows of rollers for straight forward movements.
4. Swing rollers (Bogie type) can turn up to 35°,
enabling an easy change of direction while
loaded.
5. Urethane rollers made of high-strength elastic are
used to reduce the starting force. In addition,
they
are oil resistant and extremely durable.
6. All models feature a free-turning top plate making
it easy to rotate a heavy load.
7. Special heavy-duty aluminum alloy casted versions
are available upon request. |
