GROUP LOCKOUT BOX


		Group Lockout Boxes are storage devices that can be used to gather keys or lockout devices of large equipment.

		Each lockout point on the equipment is secured with a single lockout hasp. Workers can place their key or lockout device in the group lockout box from the top opening; then each employee puts his or her padlock on to the lock box. Once maintenance is completed, authorized personnel remove their padlocks. Once locks have been removed, the supervisor can then remove theirs from the front latch. Removal of all locks is a sign that everyone is out of harm’s way and they can initiate equipment startup.
