STACK BOX POSITIONER

Unlike scissor lift tables, these lifts travel up and down on a vertical mast. They are ideal for feeding and offloading materials from totes or junior containers. Dollies or hand carts used to transport stacks of containers can be rolled on and off the adjustable width forks or solid pan. Items can then be raised and lowered to the most comfortable height for loading and unloading with a minimum of bending, reaching and stretching. Because of the compact design the unit requires only slightly more floor space than the containers used with it.

Available in pushbutton or footswitch control.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STACK BOX POSITIONER PRICE:

Stack Box Positioner is designed and manufactured to meet applicable portions of ANSI Standard MH29.1,
Safety Standard for Industrial Scissors Lifts.

As standard, all Stack Box Positioners are shipped with 26" long removable forks, internally mounted 1 HP power unit, reservoir filled with hydraulic oil and a 10 ft. long prewired power and control cord.

They are painted blue with orange forks.

Standard controls for Stack Box Positioners

As standard, all positioners are supplied with all appropriate electric controls to operate the equipment.

PRIMARY (SUPPLY) VOLTAGE

Standard voltage is 115/1/60.

Other voltages are available.

CONTROL VOLTAGE

Standard control voltage for all Stack Box Positioners is 115/1/60

Either one of the following controls may be specified at no additional cost:

NEMA 1, up/down, footswitch with safety cover with 10' control cord.

NEMA 4, up/down, hand held pushbutton with magnet and 10' control cord.

OPTIONS FOR THE STACK BOX POSITIONER:

1. Change to 36" long bar forks (derate to 600 lb capacity) .............................................................. Add $229.43

2. Change pan*to 24" x 36" (derate to 600 lb capacity).................................................................... Add $294.98


Notes:

Overall dimensions in chart include lag plates.

* With this pan option, the positioner will accept wheeled devices. There is no provision built into the positioner to retain a wheeled device. The user must have wheel locks, caster locks, floor lock(s) or other means to prevent the wheeled device from rolling when the positioner is in any raised position.
